You are welcome to call or email for help or information on any of our products but we are only able to accept orders and payments via our website, this allows us to give a better service and ensure all your details are correct.
We aim to ship all orders within a few days of ordering, depending on where you are in the world it may take only a couple of days or up to a week to arrive. We use DPD for UK deliveries and DHL for worldwide shipments. Larger orders such as Benches or heavy Rolling Mills will be sent on a pallet.

Verified ownerAbsolutely love my new chair - my only wish is that the locking mechanism on the 2 wheels seems to engage every time I roll around. I know I'm hitting them with my feet some of the time, and must be unknowingly engaging them every other time. I ended up swapping them with wheels from my old chair and it is perfection. I really love the adjustable back rest and the height range.

I only have one little point to raise. The chair came with no instructions on how to build it. Lucky i had already build a simpler type of chair so i was able to figure it out but if i had not i would have not been able to put it together correctly. I still love my chair. Thank you so much
