We aim to ship all orders within a few days of ordering, depending on where you are in the world it may take only a couple of days or up to a week to arrive. We use DPD for UK deliveries and DHL for worldwide shipments. Larger orders such as Benches or heavy Rolling Mills will be sent on a pallet.
Verified ownerThe turntable is good although it has some play in the horizontal axis.
The movable arms are as expected and give an excellent range of movement.
I had significant problems, however, with the ‘pincers’. Any small item or cylindrical item simply rotated or slipped in the large round pincers. I was able to improve this slightly by filing in more grooves but it still didn’t give me the control I wanted. I solved this by buying titanium rods (finer than the original pincers), filling grooves into them and replacing the original pincers.
I was a bit disappointed because all my other Durston products (some I’ve purchased 2nd hand and were rescuable even from quite a sad state) have been 5 star.
