Durston’s Ultra Pure White Rhodium Bath Concentrate is a professional-grade solution designed to deliver a clean, bright rhodium finish with long-lasting results. Supplied as a 100ml concentrate, it should be diluted at 2g per 100ml with deionised water to make a 1 litre working solution.
Ideal for gold and silver items, it provides excellent throwing power to ensure full coverage, even on detailed or hard-to-reach areas. This solution works across both rack and barrel plating systems and is suitable for use in baths ranging from 1L to 200L.
For copper or brass pieces, a suitable undercoat such as silver, nickel, palladium or platinum is recommended to achieve the best results. Durston’s white rhodium concentrate is known for delivering a bright and consistent finish, making it a trusted choice for precision electroplating.

Plating FAQs
In the 1 litre solution there is 0.8 grams of gold.
In the 500ml solution there is 0.2 grams of gold.
The Durston Pen Plater will work perfectly with TWL solutions, also many other plating machines giving 12volts will work.
No it is only used for either “bath” or “barrel” plating. We don’t have a product for “brush” plating. Because brush plating is found in the industrial sector, we haven’t jumped in yet..
